♥I used this over-the-top cute image called Best Friends by Whipper Snapper Designs, the sentiment (which I love) is also from that company. I colored as usual with my Prismacolor pencils, cut out with Nesties labels 3, and added some flowers and roses, pearls and a charm, all from my favorite shop SCACD. Had to put on Stardust Stickles here and there, it's so pretty!
